Unilever Global Print Event 2009

 

Mid of January Unilever organised their internal Global Print Event for 2009 hosted by the International Packaging Institute (IPI) in Switzerland.

Recent and future developments were highlighted on pre-press, printing systems, inks, print surfaces, substrates, regulations and how the printed package of tomorrow can add further value to the business. Numerous examples on how this could be achieved, by choosing the right process, adding better functionality, catching effects in parallel with rising demands on responsible packaging and sustainable development were addressed.
