Reproduction Department is responsible for processing files for following printing types:

- rotogravure
- flexography
- offset

Reproduction Department is responsible for processing the received from customers data necessary for cylinder engraving and polymer plates preparation processes. Its scope of duties includes working out design in such way that it would match approved digital proof copy as to quality and colours after transferring it to forme. This Department uses Macintosh graphical stations and digital proofer. It uses following applications to process files: ArtPro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, FreeHand, QuarkXpress, and Adobe InDesign. The proof copy is obtained from processed data.

Repro with distortions

Special extension to ArtPro application allows working out of the so-called repro with distortions for term-shrinkable films (labels), paper cups or cans. The application allows getting suitable appearance of given design after shrink-wrapping it on the packaging. The design is deliberately distorted before printing to get appropriate shape and colour saturation after distortion. 3D previews of ready packagings are available.
