The decor industry has been among the dedicated business units at Janoschka ever since, taking care of the reproduction of stone, wood and other decors as well as the production of the affiliated printing tools. Today the industry and its different markets like napkin, wall paper, tissue, furniture, floor, etc, is being supplied by different Janoschka sites.
The technical alternative for decor printing (decor is printed on paper and then compounded with the carrier material) for floors and furnitures is called direct printing (direct print onto the wood).
In close cooperation with supply chain partners, like varnish producers or printing machine manufacturer, Janoschka is following this promising option and pushing it by intense research & development. First successes were already reached: three dimensional surfaces are realized by grains or haptic structures reproduced onto the printed decor by means of shiny or low gloss varnishes.
The reproduction of the colour scheme and the different decors is quite challenging and Janoschka's deep experience and wide skills in this area are of great benefit.
No more paper storing and the attention to detail when designing the surface are the clear advantages of direct printing.
